We start by removing circulation. Most apartments gain a room's worth of usable area before a single finish is chosen.
Joinery drawn to millimetres
Every wardrobe, bar and puja unit is detailed in-house, so nothing is left to a carpenter's interpretation on site.
Light in four layers
Ambient, task, accent and decorative. Circuits are planned so a room can move from morning to dinner without a switchboard hunt.
Built for Indian upkeep
Surfaces are specified so they can be repaired or repolished locally, and maintenance notes are handed over with the keys.
