- What is the typical investment for a project with Studio Aakaar?
- Design fees are quoted per project after a first consultation, and depend on scope, area and city. Interiors typically begin at a percentage of project cost, with turnkey delivery quoted as a single contract. We share an indicative range before any commitment.
- Do you take on projects outside Mumbai and Bengaluru?
- Yes. We have delivered work in Pune, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Goa and Alibaug. Outside our two studio cities we work with a resident site team and travel on a fixed visit schedule agreed at the start.
- How long does a residential interior project take?
- Most apartments run six to ten months from first drawing to handover. Villas and ground-up architecture run longer. We publish a milestone calendar at the end of design development.
- Can you work with an existing contractor?
- We can. In that case we act as designers and reviewers, with clearly defined site responsibilities. Many clients eventually prefer our turnkey route because accountability sits in one place.
- Do you offer only styling or consultation?
- Yes. Styling engagements run three to eight weeks for completed homes, and we also offer paid single-session consultations for clients who want direction before committing to a full project.
